ABSOLUTE EFFICIENCY

Capturing Power with Absolute Precision

Three layers of a Bifacial Half-cut matrix EnerStein solar panels

Layer 1: Dual Glass Armor (2.0mm)

Zero corrosion. Engineered for extreme resistance against wind (2400 Pa) and snow (5400 Pa)

Layer 2: N-Type Half-Cut Matrix

22.8% base efficiency. Delivers 2-3% real world yield gain through  exceptional partial shading resistance. Zero light induced degradation

Layer 3: Bifacial Engine

Harnesses reflected ambient light via the rear face for up to +25% supplementary energy yield

TECHNOLOGY EXPLAINED

Why N-Type TOPCon matters

N-Type TOPCon Technology

Traditional solar panels use P-type silicon, which is prone to a phenomenon called Light Induced Degradation (LID) — a measurable drop in output during the first hours of sunlight exposure. N-Type silicon is structurally different: it does not suffer from LID, which means your panel produces more energy from day one and maintains that output more consistently over its lifetime.

TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) takes this further by adding an ultra-thin tunnel oxide layer to the cell surface. This layer reduces the rate at which electrons recombine before they can contribute to electrical current,
a process known as carrier recombination. The result is a higher conversion efficiency and a more stable long-term output curve.

Half-Cut Cell design

Each cell in the Enerstein 445W panel is laser-cut in half before assembly. This doubles the number of cells from 54 to 108, which has two important consequences. First, the current flowing through each cell is halved, which reduces resistive losses (I²R losses) and improves overall efficiency.

Second, the panel is wired in two independent halves: if one half is partially shaded, the other half continues to generate power at full capacity. This makes the panel significantly more resilient to partial shading from chimneys, aerials, and surrounding buildings.
